The following terms and conditions apply to website users and customers of Galaxyoz Pty Ltd.
Product
At Galaxyoz Pty Ltd we aim to keep all your products at 100% level
with their product information. However you have to keep in mind of any mistakes within the pricing relation. If this does happen feel free to contact us on (03) 9303 7532.
Delivery
we provide delivery and shipping at a minimum cost. If you spend over $90 it’s free delivery for you but if you spend $90 or below the delivery charge is $10. Our deliveries are 100% on time of the schedule.
Pick Up
Pickup is available during the business hours.
Returns
We do have a return and exchange policy within the 14 days of purchase.
This means after the 14 days we will not be able to return or exchange the product because the 14 days are over. Before the 14 days are over you are allowed to pop in the store and return or exchange the product(s).
